When we are getting shots of a couple together, we try our best to give the least amount of direction. We want the couple to feel comfortable, relaxed, and completely focused on each other, rather than worrying about a pose. We feel this helps us capture their emotion in the most authentic way possible. Capturing this emotion with Caitlin and Lucas was effortless. Their love was so perfectly genuine. When it came time to get shots of them together, it was all about finding a pretty backdrop and letting their emotions play out naturally.

We started the day off at Chase Park Plaza hanging with the girls. After they were finished getting ready we made our way outside to the most perfect weather. We arrived at an interesting wall that made for the perfect spot for their first look. After a few twirls, giggles, and "aaah's" Caitlin and Lucas's intimate first look ended and we set off for a 3 hour picture time. It was hard to stop filming their beauty and love, but we had to get to the ceremony at the World's Fair Pavilion. Lucas's uncle was the one to marry them making the ceremony so personal and loving. And we can't forget to mention their pups that got to walk down the isle as well! That's two weddings in a row the couples dogs made an appearance!

We are beyond grateful that Caitlin and Lucas chose us to capture their day.

Congrats Caitlin + Lucas!
